The serene beauty of the Southern Islands offers a perfect backdrop for romantic escapades, unforgettable adventures and peaceful retreats away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Our cancellation policy is detailed below:

🌴 If a cancellation request is made 60 days before the charter date, a full refund will be provided.

🌴 Cancellations made more than 30 days but less than 60 days before the departure date will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of S$500.

🌴 For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, the deposit will not be refunded, or 50% of the fees will be refunded if full payment has already been made, whichever is applicable.

🌴 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the departure date will result in the forfeiture of the full amount.

Our rescheduling policy accommodates requests under the following conditions:

🌊 Rescheduling requests made at least 30 days before the charter date are provided free of charge.

🌊 If the request is made 14 days before the charter date, rescheduling is permitted with an administrative fee of S$250.

🌊 Requests made less than 14 days before the charter date will incur a 50% charge of the charter fee.

🌊 The validity for the rescheduled booking must take place within 3 months from the original booking date.

🌊 Rescheduling due to bad weather is provided free of charge, as outlined in our Inclement Weather Policy.
